Q-1. When will my order start?
As soon as we receive payments successfuly, we send you confirmation email and ask you to confirm the order. This is to avoid any orders resulted from Credit Card Frauds. Once we receive confirmation from you, we start the order immediatly.
Q-2. Are payments to your website Secure?
We use secure PayPal Payment gateway to receive your payments. Any online Payment you send us are either through PayPal secure gateway or direct Bank Transfer.
Q-3. Are these followers Real?
Honestly speaking we really dont know! We do only marketing and promotions. We get followers from open marketplace and promote your blog in our private networks & marketplaces. To the best of our knowledge they are from active blogs. But since we source them from open marketplace’s we DO NOT have any control over them. Hence we DO NOT guarantee that these tumblr followers are real. We also do not guarantee that these tumblr followers will interact with you. We only do marketing & promotions and then any one can follow you.
Q-4. Can you ask some followers to unfollow?
Please note that while providing marketing & promotions services we have some limitations, we can market & promote your blog everywhere, but we cannot stop or control others to follow or unfollow you.
Q-5. Can I change URL or Username after I placed order?
You can if we have not started promotion. If we have started promotion, you cannot alter any change in between. You have to contact us as soon as possible.
